The Banana is all about the equipment of my youth. The first batch of pictures is of equipment like that used by the hero band (now called The Heros in The Banana) of my high school. Follow the posts all weekend.

The guitar that launched a musical arms race in Monroe County.

Amplifier or household appliance? The Toby, the strangest looking amp I have ever seen.

Not only was a guitar race on, but the bass race was on par with the space race.
